Yes you can. When you connect them, go through the Bluetooth settings then click on the little “i” button to the right of the name of the device. You can set the settings to different “taps”

You answer the call from your cell phone or iwatch.

Yes. Double tap. It overrides the double tap function you set.

Yes tap on the side when you get a call to answer and talk away
