• Typically any bluetooth headset would work with that device as long as it is bluetooth capable! Skullcandy has some really good ones that are inexpensive and good quality

• The LG V40 comes with Bluetooth 5 Connectivity, so pretty much any wireless Bluetooth headset on the market today will do just fine. The phone will also be backwards compatible with older Bluetooth spec earphones (Bluetooth 4.2, 4.1, etc.)
