You’d have to pay I Believe $72-75 per piece you lose so $75 for each head phone and $75 for the case. The warranty covers a cleaning that only certain Apple stores do and damage if they go bad. Not if you lose them or they’re stolen.

If you loose you are out of luck. My son lost his and needed to buy another pair. You can buy an individual ear piece but not worth it if you lost set.
