A:Answer You do not have direct volume control on the ear pieces. You can adjust the volume using your phone or tablet (that is what I do). There is also a tapping feature that you can customize. Each ear piece can be customized for when you double tap on it to either play/pause, next track, previous track, or open siri. I use open siri and I can say to Siri, turn down the volume or turn up the volume if I am not by my phone. I was worried about this at first, but it is not a bother to me to just use my phone to adjust the volume or use siri. Hope this helps!! :)
