• Yes I use it to back up a Windows 10 machine as well as 2 macbook airs.... you will need to download the timecapsh l software and set it up on the Windows 10 machine.

• According to a representative from AppleCare support, the Apple AirPort Time Capsule can be connected to Windows computer via ethernet cable to use as an external hard drive but cannot be used to back up but you can use it to store files.
