• It will locate last spot it was moving so I’d think so as long as near Wi-Fi it tells last point by Wi-Fi or if near a Wi-Fi hot spot than it’s current location

• Yes it will. A AirTag works by if you turn on lost mode it uses anybody with an iPhone that walks near it to update the location.
