• It was delivered by UPS in a large box that when I opened it, I was amazed at how well wrapped it was. It is a Certified Refurbished iMac, and it can be that when someone had it delivered, they had changed their mind and returned it. It can be little things, too. As long as it's Apple and Certified, It has my vote. They do take care of their customers and Best Buy does, too.
