• Well if you’ve tried multiple times, usually a code is only good ONCE. so whether it’s multiple times as you states or twice, a code is only good once. If it didn’t work the first time, reach out to Best Buy customer service

• that has happened to me only once and i’ve been using this for about two years. not exactly sure why but i just closed the app and tried it again and it worked. if it not, create a new best buy account.
