I have a year left on the original warranty, my refurbished earbuds were labeled with an A- excellent like new condition. AirPods came with all accessories. It looked completely brand new, no scratches, dents, signs of use, etc. paired instantly, works great, and the earbud pieces are brand new. I even got a price adjustment of at least $26 when the refurbished AirPods Pro dropped in price. This really is a steal and great for those who budget!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought refurbished & had to return them by day 3. Mine were dysfunctional (would not hold a charge for more than 5 minutes at 100%). I got NO box or anything. They sent the ear buds, the charging box, & a charging cord wrapped in bubble wrap in a box. That’s it. I also only got the small & large ear tips (no medium). Some people get “Like new” airpods & the rest of us get used, broken, & spare parts. Mine were also registered to someone else’s account & I could not change that… so the original owner could go to “Find my earbuds” & get directions to my location at any time. Only the original owner could unlink the old account. I had 2 weeks to return them for a refund, if it was past the 2 weeks, I had to go through the Geeksquad repair or replace option. I think you have 90 days (not 100% on that). I’m still waiting to find out if I will get a full refund beings I sent them back within 3 days of purchase.
