A:AnswerWhile the two AirPods Pro models seem very similar, and indeed they are, the 2nd generation model makes some changes under the hood with an upgraded H2 chip in the earbuds and a U1 chip in the charging case. The H2 chip offers improvements in the same areas as the previous AirPods Pro H1 chip, only more so—things like battery life, noise cancelling, transparency mode, and connection stability are all improved. The U1 chip brings better location services to the charging case—it’s now precisely findable with the Find My iOS app, and sports a little speaker to emit a sound that makes finding it even easier.
Basically the new AirPods Pro is just as easy to use, and far harder to lose. Oh, and it comes with one more pair of ear tips (sizes XS-L).
A:AnswerIve bought 2 refurbished 2nd gen airpods and both came with the charging case and in a box. When purchasing look for whats included and it will tell you.
A:AnswerTechnically, 2nd gen. There is a newer version of airpods that are 3rd generation, but they are not “Pros”. These are the latest “Pro” version air pods at this time. If u get the 3rd generation air pods, they will not be the “Pro” version which has less options & lower quality.
A:AnswerMine looked new, although the medium size were missing. You are purchasing returned AirPods which probably the store will discard the used tips.
A:AnswerYou would need to get siri to make the call hand free. With both in, you could hear because the seal of each airpod pro should be sealed tight by changing to the proper size tips. Wind and engine noise will determine your ability to communicate with the person your calling. The microphone is in the end of each pod. Personally, I'd hang up on you. Realistically, if whomever your calling can stand the noise, sure. Ambient sound only effects sound going into your ear. It does not affect the sound of you speakjng. Hope this helps.
A:AnswerThis is the latest “Pro” model, Apple has not come out with a newer “Pro” model to date. The newest ones (the 3rd generation earpods) are the regular earbuds, NOT the “Pro” model. The 3rd gen “Non-Pro model” has less options & lower quality.
