“What does refurbished mean as far as these headphones go? Were they just an open box item or?”

• Refurbished means that they are used but retested and reset like a brand new to achieve the new product’s level. Basically, all the accessories and packaging are original.

• Yes, they’re literally brand new air pods but they come in an open package, so they can’t sell them as new. I got mine not too long ago and they work perfect and they were new .
