I chatted with one of their reps the other day. She said that "Refurbished" iPads are in new condition, shipped in original Apple packaging and include all factory accessories and documentation. An "Open Box" item may not include the above. And that's all I know about that :) (I ordered the Blue Air 4 with 256Gb because the green wasnt stocked at that point. If the green is in stock when the blue one arrives, I'll exchange it!)
