QuestionI currently have a data plan with AT&T. If I purchase this iPad will I have to pay an extra monthly fee to AT&T?

- Answer ...Not if your current ATT data plan is for an iPad you are replacing with your new iPad. Just move the SIM card into the new iPad and there are no additional charges. However, if your new iPad is to be an ADDITIONAL device you intend to operate, you will need to purchase an additional data plan (or expand your current plan into some comprehensive plan) to receive LTE service on both of your devices.

- Answer You only pay the tax if you choose to do $28 for 20 months. After 20 months, the iPad is yours free and clear.

- Answer If this question is about paying it off early on the credit card, then there will not be early payoff fees. When purchasing an item the card will give you so many months interest free. The only way to avoid all fees is to pay it off within that time limit. Paying an item off early will not charge you a fee.

- Answer The company I work for had Verizon as a provider. The president of the company traveled the world from Maine to Malaysia and China. He couldn't connect from China with Verizon and subsequently when the Verizon contract ended he switched to AT&T and can communicate from anywhere he travels.
