• A:Answer I recommend at least a case for it especially one that closes and turns your iPad in sleep mode. I bought the Speck folio case and it has been great for my use. I didn't buy a glass screen protector especially since the folio case protects the case, I also got apple care so that did play a part into why i didn't invest in a glass screen protector.

• A:Answer NEGATORY ghost rider - there is a lightning port, like almost all other apple products that you can connect - you can get a lightning to USB-A adapter you can get or a flash drive with lightning connection. Not sure what you are trying to do.
