A:AnswerNot in the United States. It comes with the standard 110 V charger. Before we went to Scotland we picked up a couple of universal chargers that would work in the United Kingdom Europe and other countries they gave us three options and it worked perfectly. They’re very inexpensive.
A:AnsweriPad latest but what are you doing that is so processor intensive? I bought the latest generation first but found it too big so I returned it and got the iPad 4 mini. It’s fast enough for video editing. I also have the iPad 1 mini and even that is quite fast enough!
