• I don’t even think you need to create a “hot spot”; you just use the data that you have on your plan using the SIM card. It works great!

• Your cell phone is the hotspot for Wi-Fi and then you can connect the iPad to it.

• Yes, you can! All you have to do is turn your hotspot on, on your cellular device and then connect your iPad to your Hotspot! My kids always have their iPads connected to mine when needed! But we are an Apple Family so we all have iPhones so I’m not sure if you have an Android if it would work!? Hope this helps!
