You can turn on the data sharing on your phone, if it is supported, and share your phone data with your IPAD. This model does not support a data plan. So, no SIM card at all.

• A:Answer Apple hasn’t made a newer version of the mini iPad since 2015. So yes, the mini 4 is the “newest” version. But Apple still supports it as it gets all the latest updates from them unlike some of the older gen iPads/iPhones. Hope this helps!

• A:Answer Not in the United States. It comes with the standard 110 V charger. Before we went to Scotland we picked up a couple of universal chargers that would work in the United Kingdom Europe and other countries they gave us three options and it worked perfectly. They’re very inexpensive.
