• Hi there, Do you mean can you use the Mini with your hot spot on your Android? If that's the question then yes, you can use the mini with the phone's hotspot. I your question is can the mini communicate with your Android, it's possible using bluetooth, you could transfer some files. However please understand these are 2 separate types of OS systems.
