A:Answer It is a very thin case overall, and will serve more as scratch proofing case than anything. It does provide good grip on the phone though to prevent said drops unless you are one to just be clumsy, lol. But most cases unless you get rugged cases, will do little when it comes to drops. I would say if you have a Best Buy store near you, go in and try the case for yourself before buying. Just ask an associate for assistance so they won't think you're stealing it and they will open it and let you try it on.
