Q: QuestionI can't buy T-mobile IPhone 15 through Best Buy. Not sure what the issues are between Best Buy and T-mobile but it's terrible for customers. Will Best Buy provide AppleCare with TotalTech membership (I already have it) with phone from Apple?

• A:Answer Hi Tony, In theory an AT&T phone will work with Cricket if you pay it off in full. Once the phone is unlocked, you can use it with any carrier that you choose. To unlock an AT&T phone, you can contact AT&T customer service or visit the AT&T website. AT&T will unlock your phone if it meets the following requirements: 1. The phone is paid off. 2. The phone is active on an AT&T account for at least 60 days. 3. The phone is not reported as lost or stolen. Once you have unlocked your phone, you can insert a Cricket SIM card and start using your phone on the Cricket network. I hope this information is helpful. • A:Answer Hi Barb, Maybe I'm a little bit late to the conversation but if you are buying an iPhone and want to use your Best Buy credit card to pay, not pay AT&T, you should use the Activate Today with a new line or account option. This option will allow you to purchase the phone outright and activate it with a new line of service or an existing line of service from any carrier. You will then be able to pay for the phone using your Best Buy credit card. I hope this info helps and you get your new iPhone!
