• If you get the iPhone from a Best Buy they will set it up and turn it on as well as activate it for you.

• Yes, this one was actually dead because it was a return but they charged it for me in house. Charges fast.

• Yes it will be turned on and your past contacts, email and possibly apps uploaded etc. if you had an I phone previously
