• (from Sprint) No, you'd have to visit a Sprint store and ask to pay the Purchase Option Price (listed on your lease agreement) and it's all yours. Any remaining lease payments will continue until the end of your lease term.

• It depends if you are leasing or if you are on a payment plan. If you are leasing, there is an amount you have to pay if you want to keep the phone after the lease term.
