• No. I asked today both at Best Buy and Verizon 611. This offer is strictly for New "never been with verizon" customers.

• It does, but you need to convert your plan to the EDGE program.

• Yes, but my understanding is it is only for new lines. You can be an existing Verizon customer but have to open a new line to be eligible for $150 gift card.

• only if you switch over to edge you can get the gift card
