• A:Answer The phone can function on Wifi and it will be essentially an iPod Touch without Cellular Service. Be aware that if you used a phone number for your cell phone service for verification purposes on App and it has to send you a code to log into such app you won't get it since your phone is not active.

• A:Answer You do not have to sign a contract As a matter of fact you can activate it on any of Tracfone's brands, Total Wireless, Straight Talk, Simple Mobile or Tracfone Wireless and pick your plan. I suggest doing chat to do this as I had luck activating it on Tracfone without their assistance, but you may encounter problems if you don't answer the questions right on the phone upgrade screen, especially if you are transferring your number from your old cell phone provider to the new one.

• A:Answer The $99.99 price seems to be the standard price across all retailers. This is an older iPhone so it's not as expensive as others. I don't think it will go back up in price. It is reasonable considering all the hoops other carriers make you go through just to get this price.

• A:Answer You could just purchased a phone by itself, there's no need to purchase a phone plan or phone card at all. I haven't and I didn't when I bought it. As a matter of fact ,the only reason I bought it was to fly my DJI mavic mini drone cuz my phone wasn't compatible with the fly app
