A:AnswerOurs was brand new with headphones, a charger and cable. We bought the black one. As far as unattached, I don’t know because we activated ours with total and it worked great. As a matter of fact, a co-worker has Verizon and when we ran a speed test, I was getting faster speeds than he was at half of the cost.
