“What is the difference between "Upgrade" and "New Account/New Line"?”

• An upgrade is getting a new phone when you’re already a Sprint customer. New line/new acct is just as it is stated. You are getting a Sprint account, or you already have one, and want to add another person to your acct.

• The difference is that when you upgrade you get a better phone and when you get a new line you start new service

• upgrade is change you old phone for a new one , new account is buy a phone under new account , new line you can just add new line to your existing account ( all the time the new account or new line have a better offers)
