Yes, kind-of... Siri can control stuff by you talking to your phone, but anyone can use it, it won't recognize your voice specifically unless you set up "Hey Siri."

Comes with Siri for hands-free dialing and other things. Currently prefer Google Assistant, a program easily downloadable from the Apple App Store. Hope this helps. Great Phone!
