Hi Sandy, I just bought new SE's for my entire family and I liked the option to restore the new phone from a backup in iTunes, however there are three options on the Apple support page below. Just click on each method to launch the steps for each option. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201269 Just to elaborate on my preference. I installed iTunes on my computer. (Windows for me, however iTunes should work the same on a Mac) Once iTunes is open I plugged in the older iPhone and followed the prompts to make a backup. I ran the backup twice to make sure. Once the backup was complete I removed the old phone and plugged in the new iPhone and powered it on, then followed the prompts on the phone. Below is a link to Apple support page for making a backup, two two methods are listed, Use your computer is my preference. It is often faster than the iCloud method. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203977#computer Hope this helps, stay safe!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you not have to go to store...can do by self. with company and you just need your ID/password, etc..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a iPhone 6 and used the built-in transfer app on the SE to get the job done. I had major concerns about getting the transfer accomplished since in the past someone in the Verizon office did it for me. Anyway, everything, pictures, address book, and other data all transferred. Not sure how long the transfer took but just in case I had the old phone and new one fully charged before beginning.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Use the back-up/restore function on iTunes. Back-up your current phone to iTunes (I use a local back-up as opposed to cloud services) then use the restore function to transfer your data. You can surf to get specific instructions but it’s as simple as that: back-up then restore. Believe you can also use iCloud but I don’t use iCloud so can give you no help with that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
