Sprint's iPhone Forever is now based on the 18 month Flex Lease. Lease payments have always varied by the phone you're getting. I don't know what iPhone you have for only $5 per month, but I've never seen one that low. Best Buy is listing the pricing for the 18 month Flex Leases. That's what the payments are.
