- Answer Unfortunately we have stopped selling the phones outright. Any iPhone X purchase has to be through a carrier.

QuestionIs there any provision made on the iPhone X for the continued use of fingerprint ID. Or is it all going to have to be face recognition? I use the fingerprint ID with most all the Apps that will except it.

- Answer Almost all of those apps will support Face ID instead of Touch ID! All of the apps I use have been supported. Good luck!

- Answer You can do monthly payments towards best buy when you put it on a best buy credit card, but you will still have to pay a carrier to even have service.

- Answer If you qualify for an upgrade no problem, but if you have an I7 phone that you are still paying for you will have to pay an additional $300.00 to pay off your I7

QuestionI just pre ordered the iPhone X at 2:00 am central time. I chose to pick up in store. It said available to pick up on Nov 3rd. How reliable is that? Will Best Buy have it ready for me to pick up on the 3rd? Or should’ve picked for it to be shipped?
