Yes you can. If your husbands iphone 4 is backed up on your computer or Mac (or iCloud), you would reset your iPhone 6 to factory settings. You would then insert your husbands SIM card into your iPhone 6. You would then restore your iPhone 6 to your husbands backup of his iPhone 4 (through your computer, Mac, or iCloud). Be aware of the fact though that she will still need to pay the financing agreement on the line that you did the upgrade for. You would need to pay that off before you’re allowed to change phones or else you can call Verizon Customer Service and have them change the financing agreement to the proper line as long as that Line does not have its own financing agreement.
