“I just purchased a lightning to USB camera adapter in order to transfer pictures from my Apple IPad to a SanDisk Flash Drive. It gave me an error that said “Cannot use Accessory... Ultra:this accessory uses too much power. I also tried it to my iPhone 12P”

I’m very desapointe, I Purchare MyCharge it Store in Bestby doesn’t work any more I went to store, they tell me to call the Conpany yes I did doesn’t time , no Unser, I send about five Emails to the Conpany no umscer , next Month June 26 is the last day, I’d believe unfortunately they goin to communicate with me after the June 26 , I’m very insatisffafied , can you please help me?
