What software is installed.....Need Garage Band. null

GarageBand appears to be included. See https://www.apple.com/mac-mini/specs/ and scroll towards the bottom of the page to see a list of all "Built-in Apps". Note, they do specify "iMovie, GarageBand, Pages, Numbers, and Keynote are available on the Mac App Store. Downloading apps requires an Apple ID and a device that is compatible with the OS version required for each app." I believe mine had it on there already when I first booted up.

Garageband is available as a free download from the mac app store, but certain instrument packs do cost extra.
