I purchased a Mac Book Air for my Junior in High School. Mac Book Air is cheaper, it’s the in between laptop to purchase Mac Book Pro is $1000 more has 256gb th screen is 15’ its bigger, it’s a pound and a half heavier. The Air is great! Do a side by side comparison of both that would help. Good Luck!
