A:Answer I did not ask for a senior discount, but bought the Air when it was discounted. Best Buy will Price Match, however, and they reimbursed me the difference when I found a cheaper price at Amazon for the exact same computer. So, I saved about $200 on the deal. This Air is a 2017 model, just so you know. I like that it has more ports than the newest Air. But buying a 2017 model in 2020 likely means the operating system upgrades will stop at a certain point, like happened with my 2010 MacBook Pro.
