1. As this product does not come with a cellular connection there is no hotspot, however connections to hotspots work perfectly. 2. Office 365 is an annual subscription at $69.99 per year for a single user on one computer one phone and one tablet with 1 TB of online storage or $99.99 per year for up to Six users on 6 computers and 6 phones and 6 laptops each with their own 1 TB of online storage that does renew every year
