what is already pre-loaded on this macbook? null

Just the basic applications. You’ll need to purchase anything else like Microsoft office, photoshop etc. or download some apps from the app store

It transfer a lot from my old Mac but I guess it had every thing on it that my old Mac had. Only thing I didn’t like is I couldn’t use my old mouse. I m sorry not much help
