• You could do that at the apple store , but best buy doesn't sell that version of the new MacBook Air

• I wanted the same configuration and called Apple. You can order this online as it is not available at Apple store or at BB.

• You can not do custom orders at Best Buy only on the Apple website. But in my opinion it is not worth the price. You are better off getting a 13in pro with those specs on sale at Best Buy.
