Best Buy only carry the base configurations when it comes to ram, you'd have to get it directly from Apple or somewhere like Adorama / B&H.

You just have to search and find it online or simply ask an employee if you’re in store :). Also, be aware of open box models for some extra savings! I just bought one yesterday from Best Buy after a ton of research. I found an open box model with 16gb of ram and 512gb of storage and after chatting with the employee about it a bit I was able to get it in excellent condition WITH AppleCare for around $750. Which was the same price as another in “fair” condition without AppleCare. So it pays to be friendly with the folks selling the product ;). Admittedly- just be mindful of what you’re buying. Apple is doing away with the 8gb model moving forward and they have those on sale right now on pretty much every option for the same price as those with 16gb of ram. So just be mindful! Happy hunting
