16GB RAM is a custom option available through Apple. The off the shelf versions are only available in 8GB. This could change, but at this time the M2’s are only available in the 2 option 1.) 256GB w/ 8GB and 8GBGPU and 2.) 512GB w/ 10GB GPU.
