• A:Answer Mine came with Catalina but it might come with older one as this is preowned. You can simply upgrade if you want to for free by downloading to latest OS from App store

• A:Answer This one is actually preowned. Shows signs of use with some scratches. This is not apple refurbished that comes with new casing.

• A:Answer ME864LL/A model number is the late 2013 Macbook Pro. All of the 2013-2015 Retina models look exactly the same, so I'm not sure why someone would bother trying to guess based on the picture, especially since the model number is mentioned right in the title of the listing. For more information about this specific model, see the EveryMac page here: https://everymac.com/systems/apple/macbook_pro/specs/macbook-pro-core-i5-2.4-13-late-2013-retina-display-specs.html Note, these models came with either 4GB of RAM or 8GB of RAM with either a 128GB SSD or a 256GB SSD, so it's not clear from this product page what the configuration actually is, but judging by the price they're selling it for, I would assume that it is indeed a 4GB/128GB configuration.
