• The question is a little confusing but here's my experience. I can use the keyboard and still use the touchscreen at same time. The keyboard is just like using a regular keyboard for typing etc.... if you want to touch the screen, you can still pull up the keyboard screen for messaging etc. It is easier to type the message on keyboard and you don't need to flip back and forth. Keyboard worth the money and the option can make using the ipad easier.
