• A:Answer We use it on an iPad Air 11” . Not sure if it will work on the 10.9”. It would be best to inquire with an Apple rep at Best Buy. If I do remember correctly, they have one specifically for your model and it was on sale last week for $199.00.

• A:Answer Yes, it is new. Sometimes there are "Open Box" items which are a little cheaper. A lot of times, people return an item and Best Buy checks it over and rates the condition. If you find an item listed "Excellent - Like Brand New", check it out because most likely only the box was open and it still is brand new which gives you a chance to save yourself a little bit of money.

• A:Answer The cover itself, no it cannot. This is simply an accessory that allows you to adjust viewing angle and type. Your iPad is the product responsible for doing FaceTime… it would give a stable platform for when you are on any video calls though!
