- Answer They send a email to you about the 4 months free trial for Apple Music, only thing is, if you’ve never used Apple Music before you’ll receive 4 months , if you have before , you’ll only receive 1 month. ( due to the fact that the title says 4 months free for new users ) But you’ll receive it though email. With a link that will bring you too apple music

- Answer For me it was a week and change for mines to show up in a separate email confirmation. Give it a few if you still haven't received it call Bestbuy customer service with the SKU number or item number.

- Answer I had the same issue as well and I was figuring out what was going on so I kept on trying and trying. So my only conclusion was to call Apple customer service and they help me with the process they told me to go to apple.com and they gave me a website to go to And they tell me to make an account with this free Promo Apple Music and if you do have an account with Apple they will explain the process step-by-step with you. It is a very easy process and they will work with you and they will help you no matter if you make a mistake you just explain to them what happened.

- Answer I would suggest you call Bestbuy's customer service with the original receipt or digital one whichever. But that doesn't work since it's an apple product call there customer department with the item numbers or SKU #.
