• Yes you can. However it can be tricky trying to move items in PowerPoints. I prefer using a laptop with a mouse. However everyone is different

• Yes! Just use the Draw tab to select your utensil and you can write! Also, I like putting things in Microsoft OneNote to write on them and it works great and it's easy to use

• You sure can! Just go into Word document and mark away. I would recommend downloading an app such as Good Note (my personal favorite). There, you can copy the PDF, PowerPoint, document, etc. and very easily write, highlight and much more on any document.
