“The Apple website shows the Apple Pencil including the lightning adapter and an extra tip. Are these included? It has the same apple model number. I ordered an open box "excellent" but these are missing. No help from the 888 best buy phone yet .”

My Apple Pencil Gen 1 did include the adapter and the extra tip.

Mine was supposed to be excellent, in great condition, but the staff were not aware of my order online so they gave me a new unopened box for the same price.

There are different grades of Open Box with Excellent including all accessories (manuals can be missing). In my order, it was just the box and pencil with no tip and adapter. I'm not worried about the manual and stickers.

Please try again later.I just purchased this product and it did indeed include the free extra tip and lightning adapter in the box with the Apple Pencil, these might not be included however if you buy an open-box model so make sure to purchase a brand new one if you want these extras.
