Q: Questionby "used," does this mean that someone just returned it and the ipad never had any issues, or does this mean that it was (or should be) refurbished?

• A:Answer Most likely it was from the Trade In program. If it was purchased and within the return period, it would be sold as Open Box. Refurbished means it was sent back to manufacturer and repaired. Used usually holds no warranty so its a purchase as is.
