This phone came with a charger; no ear buds. You will need to purchase your sims card to use the phone. I can't tell you shipping costs but you can go online and get an estimate. The warranty is through a 3rd party carrier, not Apple. I received a phone that didn't have a "closed case" and would not hold a charge. Apple will not repair it under the warranty and you will need to send it into the 3rd party if you have an issue.
