Yes this is a unlocked iphone 5s and very good condition. It came with just the phone and the charger no earphones came with mines. It took 5 days 2 get the phone. I am with metro pcs it worked perfect with them. Overall loved the phone just wish I it came with earphones.

Iphone works well but took almost a month to receive. Since it was taking so much time I decided to return it since the new iphone 7 is coming out soon and there will be a bunch of 6's available. Tried to take back to best buy store and they would not take it back (even when it says so on receipt packed with phone). Additionally, manager at best buy at the Highlands store was surly when talking about it. Make sure it is what you want before you buy because my experience shows it can't be returned to the best buy stores. Good iphone but bad experience with Best Buy Management.

Bought it mainly for use with SIM cards from other countries while traveling. First had to set the phone up while in the US. I got some information from the BB chat that to set up the phone I would have to buy a SIM card but they all come with a pre paid plan. I figured this would work and I could use the phone in the US. When I went to the BB store the rep told me about the pre paid plan with SIM but that if I don't use it much the SIM and phone number will expire. He suggested I just take the SIM from my usual iPhone which is On ATT and put it in the new phone to set it up. It worked fine. He did say he thought that only works with ATT. When in Kenya I popped in a new SIM from safaricom and after adding credit it worked seamlessly with the phone and apps I added back in the US via wifi after initial set up. The charger that came with this certified refurbished phone is after market so as is usual iPhones sometimes don't recognize them. The phone was in perfect condition and I never would have known it was used. It came with a very good screen protector. Battery life is very good. I have no regrets and would buy it again.

Had an LG phone that died on trip. Best Buy Customer Service asked what I would prefer and told they had refurbished iPhone 5S. The phone shipped to my home and it didn't have a scratch on front or back - not even a smudge. Everything about the iPhone works so much better than previous phone - On switch on top, camera works by icon rather than volume control. Icon placement selection much better and really, it just works like most Apple products. Refurbished phone a great option when you don't want to spend $800 and the latest/greatest.

The phone was in great condition. However it does get hot after a long period of use. Other than that I would highly recommend the phone.

Bought the phone for my son. I did not want to commit to buying a phone through my cellular company. We are a big family with lots of kids. This worked the best so I could keep all the kids on the iphone path. The phone itself is without flaws. Works like new. Definitely will do again when the next kid is ready for a phone.

Purchased used iPhone 5 for my son. It was a good deal since it came with 1 yr warranty. The only downside is the camera shutter sound doesn't turned off even on silent mode. After searching online for answers, we found that the phone may have originated from Asia, and that the regulations for certain countries requires for camera shutter to be on constantly. If anyone has a solution to turning off the camera shutter, please comment on this review. Other than that my son is happy with the phone.

The iPhone is really nice, no scratch nor dents it really look like new. And it is really unlocked brought along with a Tracfone nano SIM card and it is working like a charm

The one I got was a little scuffed up nothing beyond normal wear and tear. Stick it in a case and you'll never notice either way. I verified it was unlocked by inserting SIMs from different carriers.
