The only problem I would like to mention is that phone did not come with a SIM card so I did not know if my carrier would let me add this phone luckily they did. I had called right after I got it and requested a return label just in case and the e-mail I got that was supposed to have the return label was blank. I ended up keeping the phone though so it didn't matter in the end.

It's a good phone for the money. Condition is okay. Packaging could be better

I bought an unlocked previously owned Apple Iphone 5s for my son. He had been wanting an Iphone but they were too expensive. He loves it and it works perfectly and looked brand new.

Cant go wrong with apple! Needed a second phone and seeing it available at best buy i had no doubt to get it, i received the phone looking really good in a case with its attachments charger and headphones- cant be anybetter.

The phone works well and the price for the phone was great!

The phone itself is amazing but because the phone was previously linked to a carrier other than Verizon prepaid, verizon told me i was unable to use this phone on their prepaid system. So sad- had to send back.

When my gf broke her phone, it was a no brainer when I could get this one on sale for the same price I could find it on Craigslist.

What to say about Apple? its perfect. Well happy with BestBuy deal. actually I got pre-owned piece but no difference at all. Its been quite a while I am using but feels new only.

Didn't work w/ my carrier. Had to return it. I ordered another with help from customer service and it works great. Just a bummer that I still had to fork over the $35 restocking fee, even though I ordered another phone.

I ordered 2 iPhone 5S. The excellent condition ones one had minor scuffs on it or I would have gave it 5 stars, but other than that they work perfect so far so good. We will see if they are still working great in a month? Lol. I hope so.
